About this blog:

This site was not developed with the intention of drawing a large number of visitors using trivial methods and shallowness. There is rejoicing among the angels when even one sinner repents and believes in Jesus Christ. (Luke 15:10) If, for as long as this site exists, just one sinner is led to repentance and belief in Christ with the aid of the material presented here, the purpose of this site has been served.

"How flawed can one's knowledge of Jesus Christ be and it still be sufficient for saving faith?" (Michael Horton)

That flies in the face of all the Scriptural passages where people were justified with far less information than is contained in the Apostles' Creed. Salvation is God's regardless of our knowledge.

Adam, you said, "Salvation is God's regardless of our knowledge."

Doesn't that fly in every Scripture that speaks of our justification being dependent on believing in Christ (even though that belief is the direct result of God's work and it is His gift)? Belief requires knowledge. If someone says, "I don't need to know anything. Salvation is of God," how do they know that? Isn't that knowledge?

Correct me if im wrong, no never mind your calvinists. You think you have an answer for everything.
Anyhow, Im quite certain people called to God for salvation for quite some time before there ever was a bible in existence (300-400 years). There was a plethora of genuine and not genuine scripture floating around. And yet christianity flourished before the concept of sola scriptura ever existed. I dont see how you guys can float the crap you do with a clear conscience. study church history and watch reformation theology float away with the waste. Christ is not reformed, christ does not need your unscriptural concepts and theories. Yes, sola scriptura is not scriptural. Did God or prophet ever say that there would be a great book one day? No He didnt. When scripture was written it was not scripture, it didnt become that until after the fact. Think about it, god ruled before scripture existed. God ruled WAY before reformation poop ever existed. Just be christians, stop blogging and live for Christ. Just do it!!!!!!!! Stop making careers out of trying to prove everyone else wrong, if you were right God would be filling your churches and putting you in the lead around the world in missionary work. But no, your just another fractured protestant sect plugging away at proving everyone else wrong. What a waste.
