About this blog:

This site was not developed with the intention of drawing a large number of visitors using trivial methods and shallowness. There is rejoicing among the angels when even one sinner repents and believes in Jesus Christ. (Luke 15:10) If, for as long as this site exists, just one sinner is led to repentance and belief in Christ with the aid of the material presented here, the purpose of this site has been served.

Yes, I Know. I'm Full of Them Lately...
      (UPDATE 6/17/08)

      Thursday, June 12, 2008

Keeping with the recent tradition of announcements ( Yeah, all of two posts :) ), I learned earlier tonight from Youtube that they've granted me the ability to upload videos that are longer than 10 minutes in length because of my partnership with them. What this means is that entire sermons by Paul Washer, Jeff Noblit, Mark Kielar, etc. that were on revver are now going to be able to be viewed in their entirety on the most popular video outlet on the internet. Lord willing, this will expose even that much more people to sound, Biblical teaching. What's even better is that I will leave the embed option on so you can post these on your own site for others to view in their entirety. I am very excited about this new development because it means that not as much time will be needed to post videos on Youtube for all to see, and productivity should increase as a result. I should have two videos up by tonight and more tomorrow, Lord willing.

Here's an example of what I'm speaking of:

      UPDATE 6/17/08:

Some people have been asking me about the Youtube partnership and what it entails so I figured I'd explain that a little more in this post. Several months ago, Youtube contacted me about becoming a partner with them. I thought it would be a great opportunity to get the videos out to people who may not see them otherwise. With the Youtube partnership, I'm able to add a channel banner, have the featured video play automatically when you visit the page, and have video banners along with other little perks. To become a partner, you don't have to be asked by them per say. You can apply for the partnership here.

Very cool deal Lane! Breaking up 1 hr sermons into 7 parts takes a lot more time and many folks don't even bother to get through past the 2nd or 3rd part in the series before they bail out.

Thank you thank you for your videos especially of Paul Washer on Youtube. Please continue to post full length of those videos as its very helpful. For the past few days I have kept crying and believe God is touching my heart and finally I'm learning what true Christianity is about and not what many would want us to believe. I finally am really loving to read and understand the bible so much better and I know that I need to change

I thank you for posting videos of Paul Washer! Since watching these youtube videos of his sermons - I found out that I did not know the true revelation of the true Gospel! I was shocked, and even angry that I was not being taught the true Gospel in my church! I grew up in an Assembly of God, Pentecostal church. Since I started listening to Paul Washer, I too was better able to understand my Bible! I even asked the pastor at my church why we are not teaching, for an example, GOD choosing us, and election - he told me, and I quote him (we believe if you call upon the name of the LORD, you will be saved), so I have read that in the Bible also, but the Bible also tells us in Ephesians, that GOD had set eternity in our hearts, and that we were chosen before the foundation of the world. I remember thinking, wow! How wonderful is that! I had never heard anything about this before. When I asked the pastor another question, this time about Jimmy Swaggart, because he is a Pentecostal, Assembly of GOD man, or was, I had not known about his past, so when I found out, I thought well,I will ask my pastor about him, but my pastor said to me, "can't we all just get along, and live nice Christian lives?" That answer scared me! My Salvation is the most important thing to me, and also the Salvation of others! I started to go to a Baptist Church, that I had attended as a child for vacation Bible school when my church was on break. I still attend the Bible studies on Wednesday evenings at the Assembly of God GOD church because this Naptist church had no mid - week Bible study there, and no Dinday evening services either. As a matter of fact, there are no longer Sunday evening services in my city! I think it may be because there is a predominant population of Catholics in this city? I do pray, and thank GOD for Paul Washer, and I will continue to do so, and I look forward to listening to his teaching and preaching the word of GOD!
