Thank you for posting this video on John 3:16. I read this verse this morning and was puzzling over how it could mean only the elect. This was very timely for me to come across this today. I had never been taught that you interpret the broader passages of scripture by the narrower ones. That makes so much sense to me. I wish I had heard that a long time ago. Also the argument about the many different possible meanings of "world" and how you can't say it means one thing all the time. This is very helpful.
